We all born and a day will come we say goodbye to this reality called earth and the environment surrounds us. During the course of journey from mothers womb to earths womb we do many things.

There are things which makes us happy, things that makes us proud and things that makes us feel guilty. You know it better than anyone else in the planet. Only thing is that some us know how to avoid it, some us know how to forget and some of us know how to make peace with it. Only those who know how to make peace with it always live the life fullest way. Because they accepted the facts and forgive themselves and others who infuriated the pain.

Now questions comes to mind — Is it easy to forgive others and self easily? Answer is yes. How ? Before that let me introduce to Krishna…

Krishna one of the most revere god by Hindus is one of the classic example of suffering and how he handled it. He never said himself Hindu, because he is incarnation of the preserver god Vishnu. Anything and everything we see happens with his blessings.

Let me tell you a little about Krishna.

He borne in a prison and immediately he was taken away from his mother. Many devils tried to kill him in childhood. He made everyone fall in love with him with his charm. He departed the place in teenage living his only love Radha. He killed his evil uncle Kansa or I should say Kansa died just mere glance of his arrival. During his adult hood he was part of the war to bring up dharma and finish the wrong doers. Many times he was cursed for things which wouldn't have been done any other ways. Acceptance is the best way to deal with anything and everything that's creating motions in your mind and you are becoming emotional 🙂.

Everyday you go to bed say to yourself —

“I forgive myself for mistake I did knowingly or unknowingly to self or to others….”

Be peaceful as pond water and don’t let the external or internal noise create ripple in it….that means be in meditative state always….calm and serene…..That’s very close to the mood you usually have after a good sleep.

Krishna….A life that faced all possible emotions anyone can think of…from birth till he left his mortal body….U feel so overwhelmed just by facing one or two such emotions….Now you may say he is god and you are not….well than pray him and tell him to take that emotion from you…..Just tell Krishna I cant afford this or that….show me a path….Krishna does reply….well its three in Bhagwat Gita…..its there with in you and if still not satisfied….
